What Formula One 2011 taught me part one
Sebastian Vettel: He has had a dream season, broke a stupid amount of records, become the youngest double world champion. It’s been a blur for everyone in the sport
Mark Webber: He’s had team orders used against him this season, always been second best to Sebastian, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t a good driver. Everyone respects him hugely.
Lewis Hamilton: Lewis has had such a bad season, but instead of just caving in and falling, he is fighting against all the bad things pushing him back, trying to get back up to the top again.
Jenson Button: Last to first in Canada. Nothing short of a godly performance. Stunning.
Fernando Alonso: Firstly, after Robert Kubicas accident, he was the first driver out there to see him, secondly, his kindness towards Lewis. I know they have never seen eye to eye, but this year, he has seemed to make much more of an effort with him to get along, and we even saw hugging and joking at Jenson Button’s 200th Grand Prix party. It showed that he does care.
Felipe Massa: After his awful accident in Hungary, to come back and still be near his old form is a remarkable feat. He got knocked down lots last year, but he has still picked himself up and fought on.

Despite the fact that it makes him an irritating little shit for doing it once again, Sebastian Vettel’s helmet change this weekend is rather awesome.
I really, really like it. Lots.
Unfortnately Jaime has gone pink this weekend. No helmet (with the exception of Ayrton Senna) will ever be greater than the pink helmet :’)
